"So the results for Turbo racings at Rushworth. Steven's first time in Sports Sedans finishing 5th in the first heat, and 7th in the next 2 heats for the finals unfortunately due to what happened in the ladies final the finals we were a DNS. All in all Steven raced extremely well and well done for giving it ago.
For Richalle's first time in GV Ladies came in 6th First heat, 2nd heat a DNS after finding 3 broken wheel studs while lined up on the dummy grid. 3rd Heat last but gave it a good go in the finals a DNF didn't even get to complete a lap as per short video below.
Thank you to all that helped and encouraged Steven and Richalle for there first times racing that way. Both drivers of Turbo Racing drove well and gave it ago well done
Huge shout out to Pauly Botheras for all your help on the day and to Kerrie , Pauline and Albert for all your help after Richalle hit the wall.
Now it is time to get the car fixed and hopeful in time for the next Daylesford meeting"
PS Richelle is ok after her altercation with the fence. Possible fractured wrist, elbow and soft tissue injuries to shoulder and hip. After investigations following her trip to Bendigo Base Hospital no injuries were sustained.
